Seasonal Affective Disorder HELP - SAD Disorder

Updated on July 16, 2015

Hope & Help for Seasonal Affective Disorder

I would like to share with you some of the things that helped me and others deal with Seasonal Affecitve Disorder. SAD Disorder can be difficult to diagnosed as you need to watch for a cycle that happens every year around the same time of the year.

For some, Seasonal Depression begins as early as October and can last into the Spring yet others may suffer for a couple of months, January and February.

You begin to dread the coming seasons, even as early as August and September because you know how difficult the next few or several months will be. I hope my experiences will help you. Hope and Help for Seasonal Affective Disorder. Seeing a doctor who is VERY familiar with the symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder is important to make sure you are not suffering from another medical condition.

Here is one of the Cute Dogs I took care of and trained while I was Pet Sitting to help with my SAD Disorder. Staying in California and Texas really did the trick for me.

House Sitting and Pet Sitting is very competitive so you need to take your time setting up a great profile. It will be worth it when you choose the right Pet Sitting - House Sitting opportunity to help your Seasonal Affective Disorder.

You will have something really special to look forward to and special Friend/Friends to be with (the pets).

A true Blessing and a Joy. I loved it. Do read my precautions though on my website.

Pet or House Sitting was a tremendous help for me during the winter months. If you do a great job and are a trusted person, you might even be asked to come back. The California couple I helped not only asked me to come back, this time to offered to pay for my plane ticket because it was worth it to them not to have to search for another person and hope they would find someone trustworthy and who would love and care for their pets.

I loved the experience and I highly recommend it to help with Seasonal Affective Disorder.

CAUTION:

Do your research. Check on the location and make sure it is safe, Check your Auto Insurance Policy to make sure you are covered if you drive the owners car. Do you have an Umbrella Policy. That might help but talk to your Insurance Agent. Do a Criminal Background Check on the owners. Many states have a way to look up court records for free at the Clerk of Courts.
